This Privacy Policy describes how the Maple Row Farm mobile app (“the App”) handles your information. The App is a guide to the Maple Row Farm Christmas tree farm in Easton, Connecticut. It is provided by John Manicke / Maple Row Farm (“we,” “us”).

In short: we do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. The App has no user accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking.

Location

The App can access your device’s location only if you grant permission. Location is used for a single purpose: to show your current position on the map so you can find your way around the farm and back to your parked car.

• Your location is processed on your device only.
• We do not receive, collect, store, or transmit your location off your device.
• We do not share your location with anyone.
• You can deny or revoke the location permission at any time in your device settings; the rest of the App continues to work.

Saved “My Car” Location

If you use the “My Car” feature to mark where you parked, the map coordinates of that pin are saved locally on your device only, so the App can remember it between visits. This information never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time within the App, and it is removed if you uninstall the App.

Maps

The App displays maps using the Google Maps SDK. When the map is shown, Google may collect certain information in accordance with Google’s own privacy practices. Please review the Google Privacy Policy for details. We do not control and are not responsible for Google’s data practices.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, photos, device identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personal data. The App contains no advertising and no third-party tracking, and we do not sell or share any data.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
